Topic of the report: On Spectral Problems for Nonlocal Analogues of the Polyharmonic Operator.
Abstract: The paper considers mappings associated with orthogonal matrices in coordinate space R_n. With these mappings, two types of nonlocal analogues of the polyharmonic operator are introduced. We study spectrum issues of the Dirichlet and Dirichlet-type problems for these operators.
Eigenfunctions and eigenvalues are found. There are proofs for Theorems on complete system functions in the space L_2.
