On July 10, 2024 at the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Automation Yakov Leonidovich Bogomolov, the RAS Trade Union Deputy Chair, had a meeting with primary trade union leaders of KBSC RAS Institutes. They discussed issues related to housing certificates, vouchers to health resorts, wages and the upcoming traditional Volga Region Assembly of the RAS Workers' Trade Union, which will be held in September in Vladikavkaz.
The meeting was interesting, productive, and had a lively discussion.
By decision of the Mathematics and Mechanics Expert Council, Higher Attestation Commission, Russian Federation a dissertation work by M.G. Mazhgikhova was annotated in the Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission as one of the best in the current year.

From March 13th to June 13th, 2024, in the IAMA KBSC RAS, as per the cooperation agreement between the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Automation and the Karaganda University named after E.A. Buketov, in the frame of the educational program 8D05401 "Mathematics” a scientific internship was held for doctoral students Kamilla Izhanova, Saltanat Kopbalina, Alua Manat Manatkyzy.
