Seminar ``Modern problems of mathematical physics"

November 27, 2024, 14:00. A joint seminar on Modern Problems of Mathematical Physics: The Institute of mathematics named after V.I. Romanovsky AS RUz and the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Automation KBSC RAS.

Speaker: Muvasharhan Dzhenaliev, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor, Chief Researcher of the Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling, Kazakhstan.

Topic of the report: On the construction of fundamental systems in the space of solenoidal vector fields.

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement on educational program with the Karaganda University named after E.A. Buketov, our Institute hosted a scientific internship. Madi Omarov, a 2nd-year intern of the Karaganda University was appointed to IAMA for a period from October 25 up to November 22, 2024.

Under the guidance of Arsen Pskhu, doctor in Physics and Mathematics, Madi enthusiastically participated in the scientific life of the research unit, including seminars, workshops where he presented his woks on fractional calculus.

October 16, 2024, 14:00, will be held the joint seminar of  V. I. Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics, Uzbek Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Automation of the KBSC RAS on "Modern Problems of Mathematical Physics".

Speaker: Djamalov S.Z., doctor of physics and mathematics, professor of the Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics

Topic of the report: "Direct and inverse problems for a fourth order three-dimensional equation of mixed type of the second kind in a parallelepiped".

On October 9, 2024 IAMA held an open research seminar on modern analysis, informatics and physics as part of the All-Russian Festival SCIENCE 0+.

A leading researcher of the Department of Computational Methods, Ph.D. Murat Beshtokov presented his report “A locally one-dimensional scheme for the third initial-boundary value problem for a multidimensional Sobolev-type equation with a memory effect.”
