Название доклада: Foundations of Neural Networks and Generative Diffusion Models.
Краткая аннотация: This talk surveys two mathematical pillars of modern deep learning. We first revisit universal approximation: Cybenko’s classical theorem for shallow networks, and the dynamical-systems perspective in which deep residual networks arise as discretization of ODEs. We then turn to denoising diffusion models, where the discrete-time construction admits a continuous-time formulation in terms of (stochastic) differential equations, providing the mathematical framework behind modern image generation systems.
